Scott P. Barlow, Esq

Scott P. Barlow, Esq, joined Dyve in 2018 with more than 23 years of experience as an attorney and more than 19 years of experience serving as a general counsel and secretary to the board of directors for public and private companies. As the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Conversant, Inc. (a publicly traded technology firm), Scott spent 15 years overseeing the company’s worldwide legal department. He has substantial experience in licensing, IP prosecution, and SEC compliance and led the legal team that negotiated more than 17 mergers and acquisitions during his tenure with Conversant. Scott left Conversant in 2015 after it was acquired by Alliance Data Systems for $2.3 billion. Prior to Conversant, he was the Vice President & General Counsel with Mediaplex, Inc. and helped lead Mediaplex’s IPO process in 1999. In 2011, Scott was named one of the top 25 general counsels in the state of California by the Los Angeles Daily Journal. He holds a BS in advertising from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law.
