John Pitstick

John Pitstick is an executive with more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience, including as CFO of both public and private companies and as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, where he served technology and biotechnology clients. Prior to joining Dyve, John served as CFO of Conversant, Inc. (a publicly traded technology firm) for 10 years and as CFO of Seven Lakes Technologies (a privately held vertical SaaS company) for 7 years. He is a Board Member and Chairman of the audit committee of publicly traded Velocity Financial. John has deep expertise in capital markets, corporate governance, and SEC reporting requirements and earned an accounting degree from the University of San Francisco.
