WHO WE ARE

Cool technology, a great team, and a belief that our customers are smart enough to tell the difference between good honest products that work and corporate bullshit. That’s us!

We’ve all been around the biotech / pharma block a few times. We’ve all been part of the typical corporate machine, but we believe that there’s a better way to be a company. We’re a team filled with physicians, engineers, scientists, creative thinkers and more than a few dogs who are surprisingly easy to keep happy – think tummy rubs and treats (the tummy rubs are mostly for the dogs, the treats everyone responds to.)

It’s all founded on our exceptional technology – with it, we can quickly deliver therapeutic ingredients deep down into the skin topically. We launched our first product in 2016 and have a pipeline overflowing with products and ideas.

We believe our customers are awesome, and we know our success depends on them liking what we do. That’s ok with us – we think we’re a pretty likeable bunch.

We love what we do. We rely on and support each other. We like to celebrate the nails that stick up a bit (instead of hammering them down). And we work as a team, united by our energy, enthusiasm and drive to deliver the most badass products in our industry.

I spent 4 years getting a PhD in brain controlled robotics only to find out that “Robocop isn’t real” and that “academic funding can’t be used to build a Dr. Octopus suit” so I guess now I’m left with the fact that I’m pretty good at math while inebriated.

What We Believe

• What we actually do is more important than what our promotional materials say we do.
• It makes no sense to waste money on things that have little benefit to our customers.
• Technology is not about marketing spin, unpronounceable trademarks or long words that make us look smart; technology is only worthwhile if it solves our patients’ problems.
• Science is literally awesome.
• Our products are amazing and our customers will love them.
• Customer service is a philosophy, not a department.
• We are restless, we love to experiment and tinker, because we believe being nimble is the key to innovation.
• Just because it’s always been done like that, doesn’t mean it should be done like that; if something is broken we are going to fix it.
• We have to… We want to The whole f**king reason we exist is to deliver results.
