Ryan Beal, M.D. is a serial entrepreneur focused on biopharma drug delivery innovation. He is recognized for his ability to leverage his scientific, R&D, and clinical acumen with a creative strategic and commercial mind. He has been involved with the launch of medical products with collective annual peak sales over $50 billion and been involved with the founding of multiple healthcare companies. Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Ryan spent 7 years with McKinsey & Company where he was a leader in their Pharmaceutical Practice. He earned an M.D. with honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a BA with honors in Biophysical Chemistry from Dartmouth College.

Philippe Schaison is a respected leader in aesthetics with over 20 years of extensive experience in the skin care and aesthetics industries. Philippe joined Dyve’s Board of Directors in 2018 and he serves on a number of boards in the pharmaceutical and medical space, including Sientra, SENTÉ, and the Galien Foundation. Previously, he served as the former CEO of Syneron Candela North America and Global Executive Vice President Strategy and Business Development. He also served as President of Allergan US Aesthetic and Dermatology, leading the U.S. Aesthetic and Dermatology business ($2+ billion in sales), including Allergan's top aesthetic franchises: Botox, Juvederm, Kybella and SkinMedica. He has also held leadership roles with several other aesthetic businesses, including Clarins, Johnson & Johnson, and L’Oréal. Philippe has a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (H.E.C.) in Paris, and a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Paris V.

Rajit Malhotra is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Dyve. Rajit has 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor and consultant. Rajit spent 14 years at McKinsey, predominantly in the Pharma and Biotech Practice while also serving as the Managing Partner of the Southern California Practice. Prior to McKinsey, he co-founded Shantha Biotech, an Indian biotech and vaccine company which was acquired by Sanofi in 2009 for $850M. Rajit is a Venture Partner at Peak State Ventures, a technology focused mid-stage venture fund. Rajit has undergraduate degrees from the College and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern and an MPA/ID from the Kennedy School at Harvard University.

Camilla Simpson has over two decades of business and strategy experience across a diverse group of organizations: from seed investments to public companies. Camilla has demonstrated a proven track record in delivering novel products for multiple disease indications to global markets in areas of high unmet medical need throughout her career. Currently, Camilla is the Managing Member and President of Rare Strategic, LLC, where she provides strategic advice to venture-backed companies. Prior to this, Camilla held numerous executive leadership positions, including SVP, Head of Product Portfolio Development at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., Global Head of Regulatory Affairs at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., and VP Global Regulatory Strategy- Early Development and Business Development at Shire Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Simpson serves as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Spruce Biosciences and is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Aristea Therapeutics. Ms. Simpson received a BSc from National University of Ireland, Galway, a BSc Hons, from Kingston University, UK, and an MSc with distinction from Birkbeck College, University of London.
